Okay so it's not like she was tazed because she cut in line, its because she was being a complete bitch and wouldn't settle down when the cops got there. She got what she deserved.
And lol at the OP "so she could feed her starving child..." apparently her kid was the hungriest one in line and therefore should be served first.
