and actually black people took the N word and kinda embraced it the word sticks for some reason even white people use the word "nigga" now SOMETIMES lol. hell, ive even heard eminem use the word before(granted it was only once though in the song "NO LOVE") i remember 50 cent(they are labelmates) said that he wouldnt care if eminem said the word around him here it is
Ive also noticed that a lot of asians and spaniards use the word aswell SOMETIMES some mexicans dont even use "ese" anymore lol and i never really heard other races using that word before i would say from my experiences that like 20% of black people dont give a damn about other races using the word "nigga" and the other 80% might get angry
