I don't believe you. Well, I am willing to believe that Metroid is the #1 sci-fi video game series when it comes to appealing to women, but nothing beyond that.
When you say communities, do you mean message boards on the internet? If yes, you could also say that PlayStation fans absolutely love Sony's first party games while sales tell a different story. So if this is what you are talking about, then I find your argument not exactly convincing.
Also, the exclamation point after saying that it's a simple point of fact is suspicious. There's a good chance you are just fooling around.
