I think this actually happened to me, I couldn't redownload a PS1 classic recently.

so very very wrong...

OT - glad this isn't intentional, i'm sure they'll get it figured out soon but if it only affect re-downloading it shouldn't be too much of an issue for a couple days time for most people at least.
