I was just wondering why all the ethnic slurs used against whites are pathetic.  Are these terms supposed to insult me?  When I was young and was first called a cracker over the internet I didn't even know if the guy was trying to put me down or what?  I had to even ask why are you referring me to as a cracker?  He then replied because your skin looks like a saltine cracker.  I was like okay I like saltines. (was corrected later in thread about the real meaning)  Then you have the terms hill billy, redneck, white trash and a few other ones.  The hill billy and redneck is mainly just used for people that live in country, have a country accent, cowboy, etc...  I don't think they even care and in some cases they are proud of the term.  White trash simply is just referring mainly to a poor white person or someone that lives in a trailer park.  They could be a redneck and white trash at the same time but not always.  Just depends but basically white trash seems to be the only one that could be even remotely insulting.  Basically, I would call someone white trash if they were poor and collected a bunch of useless junk (hoarder type style).  That isn't a life style most should strive for anyways (collecting junk).  So basically unless there is a term I haven't heard of (Oops forgot to mention White Devil, The Water Boy movie reminded me of the devil) then there is pretty much zero term that is insulting to white people.

(this thread is mainly to point out how stupid ethnic slurs are and why most races shouldn't even bother getting worked up about them, which is pretty obvious that most have gotten to the point considering that during the past 12+ years in Texas I've heard plenty of Hispanics and African Americans using the same slurs against their own race (I actually use the term Mexican and Black when describing these groups- side note just read this article http://www.thegrio.com/news/some-blacks-insist-im-not-african-american.php))
