Didn't know so many VGC users had Spin Doctor degrees.
To say Nintendo copied Sony is silly even if Sony started working on the Move technology earlier. The original Wii-Mote motion sensing technology isn't on par with the Move and most likely came as a natural evolution from Nintendo's previous motion control efforts. Remember the Power Glove?
And to say Sony copied Nintendo is obvious idiocy considering the idea of the Eyetoy came about in 1999. They would naturally want to get a controller to go with it, since flailing your body around for most gaming situations gets stupid after awhile (hence the poor success of the stand-alone Eyetoy).
Nintendo and Sony had the same basic idea in the early 2000s to develop an interactive control method for their consoles, and Nintendo released a working version of their product first.
If you want sources for this info fuck you. I got it all from Wikipedia and a small paragraph in GameInformer.
