You know what is patented at MS, Sony or Nintendo?
EVERY FREAKING PIECE OF HARDWARE / CONCEPT / UI YOU CAN IMAGINE!
It is not about concepts on drawing boards, it is about having the balls to mass market them. Like Nintendo with the Wii and MS with Kinect.
