Why not? After all, Sony did it to SEGA not too long ago. All's fair in love and videogame console wars lol. |
Do you really think Sony did it or was it because Sega made some bad decisions with the Saturn? It's not like I wanted Sega to leave the industry. I would much rather have them around than Microsoft in the gaming industry (which has had a number of exclusives that appeal to me that I can count on one hand). Now that MS is in the industry, I don't really want them to leave. I will continue to ignore them until they make more games I want to play. The only time I paid attention was when they were trying for the Japanese market a few years ago.
"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY." --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
