Finally someone understands that ios games can't compare to games on dedicated gaming devices. The review seemed fair except when he kept saying the Vita's battery life is better than the 3ds' battery life. I watched a video on vgchartz which compared the 2 handheld's battery and the Vita lasted around 4 hours and the 3ds went for I think 4 hours 40 minutes or something. I can't remember the exact times, but the 3ds won by a good bit. Other than that the Vita definetly looks awesome. I won't be picking it up at launch due to the lack of games that interest me, flaws with the Vita itself (really just the fact that there is no internal memory), the fact that I have to pay ridiculous prices for the things memory card, and of course the price of the whole package. Vita $250, 16 gb memory card $60, a game $50. That is almost $400 (including tax) for the bare minimum. It would be almost a whole $100 dollars extra if I upgraded to the 3g model and got a 32 gb sd card. That price is also only with one game as well! So really price is the biggest problem. If they lower the memory card prices, drop the price on the Vita itself a bit, and get some internal memory in it (which I'm sure will all happen in the next couple years) then I'll be picking one up.

1. Most (all?) of the tests I read or seen stated that the Vita's battery lasts longer that the 3DS battery. I might be biased here ofcourse.

2. The vast majority of the new games DO NOT cost $50 at retail. Really, as far as I know, there's only ONE game that costs $50.

The freeking price of the memory cards should come down fast I hope.
