now if it was a hammerer. The wiki says the player must have a vote elsewhere for it to be moved. However taking that requirement out. And saying that the hammerer would passively have there vote put on the player if the person is at L1 while not also being a double voter.
Just basted on end results votes in the op.
TOS and Nox would have been the only possibility. Since they had both already voted the eventual lynchee before they were lynched so there vote was already there.
Noc has flipped so it can't be him. So TOS could be a hammerer.
There is still the possibility of a vote thief. Or some other option, but I am leaning it being TOS.
