FF he had no votes in the other lynches so possible but with his other claim I find it unlikely.
MG can be ruled out since prof shouldn't count votes in the OP that were beyond the lynch. So while MG was the final vote on Spurge there were 2 after him for moreno.
Radish 2nd to last on moreno so once again the vote after shouldn't be in the op if it were radish. Or if there were a double voter that day at all.
Baalz can't be. He wasn't the final vote on spurge.
So a double voter is unlikely to be the reason for the faster lynch.
