I didn't make stuff up. Just because I didn't copy-paste everything doesn't mean it wasn't in the article.

While you can buy an iPod touch for £170 and play simple casual games well, for only another £60 you can have a gaming powerhouse at your disposal.

There you go. That's a comparison between an iOS device and the PSV as gaming machines.

Give it a rest, the review wasn't biased, yea maybe he should of compaired it to 3DS more but he didn't. He reviewed the product in his hands and explained what he thought of it. You are clutching at straws to try and explain your point now it's looking slightly pathetic!
