I wouldn't say anomalous, after all TotA3D pushed 3DS sales from 27 to 30k, selling over 70k (although 3DS had a double size userbase than PSV).

3DS looks like will stabilize well over 60k with all the new releases it has...PSV on the other hand, could fall at 10k if things don't improve.

It seems it has stuck around the higher 10K's I wouldn't expect it to go any lower than 12K... unless Nintendo just keeps pumping out the release of good games and such... which it seems like that won't die down this year.
