They signed a 3 year deal in 2010 for exclusive rights for DLC's on Xbox 360 first. That deals ends at the end of this year.
Lets see if Sony now takes that deal or Microsoft gets an extension.
Its better if there is no exclusive deal, but money is what Activision likes and the reason PS3 gamers are stiffed.
