The Witcher 2 360 version isn't anywhere near 75% of the PC versions maximum fidelity. The resolution alone will be less than 50% of the resolution most PC gamers played it at. It also lacks vsync. Most likely whatever MS or Sony has to offer won't reach the same levels until a few years into their lifecycle - after the developers work out the nuts and bolts.
