What??? That does not even make sense.
Retailer: A business or person that sells goods to the consumer.
If a consumer sells their game to another consumer, they are the retailer in the transaction.
If this consumer sells thousands of their games to other consumers, what is the differentaition between a store selling thousands and this individual selling thousands??? What if the person starts a sole proprietorship selling games and they set up an office which they work out of???
...Swiss cheeze on this idea, I do say.
