The Sand Part is impressive!

But i was more impressed by Gears of War 3 Act 5 when is raining and its night with loads of thunders and light effects.

At least you'll keep it to consoles.  There are quite a few people out there who try to pass uncharted  around as the best looking game in existance.  Even atop crysis, Metro, and other juggernauts.  I just feel that in terms of actual detail, and textures that The Witcher 2, has a lead over Uncharted.  On top of that, they aren't trying to hide flaws under things like Motion blur.  That makes it a better looking game already.
