Well I guess technically Activision is right, but I have no idea how well warned PS3 owners were that they would get the DLC delayed, I wouldn't be surprised if most of them weren't warned at all.
Pretty pathetic that Activision is charging PS3 owners the same for Elite but they get the DLC late.
