I'll only rate DS, Wii and PS3 as I don't own the others, despite playing a lot of their games.
DS - 9.5/10
IMO the best platform ever made (though the 3DS could eclipse it), the best selection of RPGs of a current gen platform, Mario Kart DS is divine and the line up covers everyone. It misses out on a perfect score as DSiWare is a little bit shitty and the fact that Soma Bringer and the Tales games weren't localised.
Wii - 8.5/10
Quite possibly the best 1st party line up of any console IMO, I love the Virtual Console, Monster Hunter 3 is my favourite online game ever, has full GC BC, awesome controllers and Xenoblade Chronicles is my favourite RPG of recent years too. It's cons include that the internal memory is too small, it missed out on a European release of Tales of Graces and the fact that Soul Blazer, Illusion of Time/Gaia and Terranigma are still not on the VC.
PS3 - 7.5/10
Good, but disappointing IMO. I liked the LBP games and Dead Space was very good, but FFXIII was a letdown, same was RE5, The Last Guardian is taking forever, it never got a Western release of Tales of Vesperia. I'm really annoyed that mine has had to be repaired twice now, while neither my Wii or DS has (and I've had them longer and used them more as well). At least it's getting Ninokuni and Tales of Graces, unlike the DS and Wii respectively.
