Wii:
- Hardware: Underpowered, 480p only, nice design though. 5/10
- Software: Great first party games, but no 3rd party and also no new IPs from Nintendo. 6/10
- Online Function: Friend codes, and just generally weak online. 3/10
- Controller: Never used the classic controller. N/A
- Motion controls: Fun, but I still see them as more of a gimmick (all motion controls, not trolling Nintendo here.) 8/10
Overall: 6.5/10
Playstation 3:
- Hardware: Poweful and very well made. The PS3 fat was really bulky and ugly though, but the slim is nice looking. 9/10
- Software: Top notch first party games, great new IPs, full on 3rd party support. No choice but to give it a 10/10.
- Online: PSN is great and free, but lacks party chat which is the most requested feature ever for the PS3. Just feels like its missing something without it. 8/10.
- Controller: If it's not broke, don't fix it. 9/10.
- Motion controls: Late to the party. I've never used it though so can't give it a proper rating. N/A
Overall: 8.5/10
Xbox 360
- Hardware: RRoD, Disc Read Error, disk scratching, etc. Thank God these are all taken care of, especially by the new slim mode. It is a powerful console as well as PS3. 7/10 for how shitty they were made early on.
- Software: No delays like PS3 games had, awesome 3rd party support, mediocre 1st party though. 9/10.
- Online: Yeah you have to pay for it, but it's top notch. 9.5/10 only because it's not free like PSN (or else it would be 10/10).
- Controller: Excellent, love how its bigger than the Dualshock and the analogue sticks are more ergonomic. 10/10
- Motion controls: Never used Kinect, but it looks terrible. Still, can't give it a rating. N/A
Overall: 9/10
