A heads up for those interested, i attempted to go to my local best buy today to upgrade my vita preorder and they didnt have it available in their system yet, despite it being available on their website, so hopefully they get that changed sometime this week. Im in tacoma washington btw, not sure if im the only one who has ran into this problem.
