I'd argue they would if the option was "Replace everyone in congress."

They don't soley because most people like THERE congressmen, and see's everyone else as crappy obstructionists and the like.

 

Though... your prediction seems optimistic.

I haven't seen a prediction yet that doesn't suggest the Republicans will take over the senate.

Keep in mind there are twice as many democrat seats up for election then Republican.
