Windows phones have enough apps. That shouldn't be a big issue. I don't see a must have WP7 phone though. |
Could this be because youre looking for stand out features? Windows phone for the most part offers same excellent experience and ffeatures accross the entire range of devices.
I for one think that htc titan 2 that is coming out is a must have for my needs and wants. I played around with titan 1 at work and the fact its using a 4.7 inch screen and same resolution as all other phones is a big plus for me. Everything on that phone i massive...from tiles, to fonts and buttons, everything so pleasant to read with minimal eyestrain. For someone that stares at a monitor 8 hours a day, this is a very appealing feature. Looking at an iphone 4 icons afrer i played with the titan is like looking at an excel file after you look at a nice sunset picture lol
The fact it has LTE makes it a must buy for me.

Maybe that is the reason, the same experience everywhere. Most of them look like the same to me. I was excited when Nokia introduced the Lumia 800, seemed like a good design, bar the excessive amount of bezel. Then I saw it close and I was heavily dissappointed, the thing is a brick. Its thickness is nearly double the thickness of some other phones.
Htc Titan 2 seems like a very good phone, pretty much everything covered. But if I were you, I would at least wait a phone with a higher pixel density. It becomes important when you get past the 4 inches.

I dont think i care about pixel density. I look at these androids like the nexus galaxy and besides the fact they have a massive screen their icons are tiny. I blame the resolution for this...and the need to stick as many widgets as possible on 4 out of 5 home screens
I couldnt see any pixelation on the titan up close unlss i really tried. As long as it looks good Im much more satisfied with large everything than more of everything...
