This is ridiculous.
OT: Xperia Arc had poor build-quality, I am not sure if they improved it with Arc S, I think you should avoid it. If you want an android with a good camera get SII, I hate HTC and their baby batteries. You should also re-consider windows phones, the Mango update made the phone flawless, not the mention, the interface is black , my favourite color! Don't go with Nokia though.
Now for the apps, you won't find better than the apple store, but when it comes down to what is really practical, for most people, I think all stores are equal.
