I meant as Custom Soundtrack.

I dunno about the 360 but on the ps3, I have over 2Gigs of space used up by music I use to make custom soundtracks. If you could stream music whilst playing a game then that would be mightly awesome I think.

Oh i see.  Never tried that but i presume its not possible on either.  Its not somethig I like to do anyway.

You can on the 360. Once your game is running just press the guide button go to the media tab, choose select music and browse to your pc.
