Recommend me a new Phone!

Well looking at your list id go with the Xperia ARC its a great phone, and doesnt have any major issues that im aware of.

The samsung galaxy S, and S2 are amazing tec phones, with great screens but samsung really messed up with the wifi reception, this is a known problem, and its pretty bad if you going to be relying on wifi for internet. If you can look pass those issues or wifi is not a big thing for you then yeah great phones to get.

I dont think you can go wrong with most HTC high end smartphones either :)

Since you not interested in Apple, i wont go into detail about the pros of getting the iphone 4s, which as it stands now is the most powerfull smartphone and the app store is the best supported of all mobile platforms.

Windows phones is another option however, app support isnt as good as android and ios as of yet. But i doubt ud notice it. I heard these phones are great though :) If your into high end smartphone specs though i wudnt get a windows phone, they tend to be low on specs (not that it makes a difference performance wise).
