I honestly don't expec more than 3-4 GB of RAM. Microsoft and Nintendo only appear to be scratching the surface and not going as deep as people expected. Developes wanted more RAM, and they would be getting it, but I doubt any of the big 3 would go all out next gen. Not after we had such a huge jump this gen.
