It does make sense for them in a way, but I'd much rather they release it in September like usual this gen. Unless they've got another big hitter coming.

Maybe the Christmas date is just his way of taking their Q4 release date.

I hope you're right, unless MS has another quality big hitter coming in Sept/Nov, I'd be pretty saddened by having to wait untill December.

I'll just assume for hope that they just mean Q4 though, I don't see why they would change the 11 year tradition of releasing in September/November.
