There (really) isn't much information there, so no one can say how powerful it would be, but cutting edge hardware tends to have fairly "large" processors that run relatively "hot". If you took a GPU and CPU that was cutting edge and integrated them together you'd end up with a very (VERY) expensive chip that would probably start a fire in a system as small as most gaming consoles.
