If Rapunzel is genuine, how is that a bad thing?

Well, if moreno's character is the arcade game, and it exists basically as a mind control device, how could that be a good thing? 

The way moreno was talking at first when he was hinting at his name (i.e. all that talk about being a girl but not really). He really seemed to indicate he was the arcade game Rapunzel and not the character Rapunzel in the game.

That could be due to the way the wiki page about Rapunzel is presented, talking about the arcade game first.
