Well, PSP had the enhanced port of Disgaea 1 and 2, so I'm pretty sure Vita will have 3 and 4.
So far the games that are announced for NA and will be released with a definite release date that I plan to get (eventually) are:
-Disgaea 3
-Uncharted Golden Abyss
-Wipeout 2048
-Gravity Rush
Might consider Mortal Kombat as well.
(Hoping for Tales of Innocence R announcement, I mean wouldnt hurt, they didnt release the DS version outside of Japan, do the Graces treatment! ;x)

I'm skeptical on getting multiplats on the Vita, especially once remoteplay kicks in. Need more games like Mortal Kombat adding Vita only content. Nice choices ;)

Disgaea is one that will come with a tons of Extras like MUGEN said... is a Enhanced edition and will included also ALL the DLC content of PS3 version... so or 40$ if You havn´t play that game is deal, right? For me it's...
Being just the beginning of the console with so awesome games and ports... this only make ask me.. What will come ahead? a promissing future for the Vita...
