Can't find a good sleeping pattern. Can't fall asleep before 6am and am dead tired if I get up before 2pm. When I was working I had a great 11pm - 6am sleep pattern, even on weekends if nothing was going on. Tried waking up super early so I would be able to get to bed early, but the next day I was back in the pattern.
I guess sitting around all day doesn't make my body tired enough, and no motivation to get up early. Can't go outside for exercise because of the snow. Puting weight back on. No car to visit friends or go anywhere. No job. No girlfriend. Not in school.
I can and will change most of this eventually, but it's just a shitty patch of life I'm sick of experiencing. Cool thread to vent though, can't believe I never noticed it.
