Be sure not to have a mechanism that requires you (or a mod) to approve an upload, and be sure that if somebody warns you about content that might infringe copyright to lock or delete that content, further put no disclaimers on the page regarding you are not responsible for the content of the page, the general terms and conditions need to disallow copyright infringing material and keep an impressum EDIT: and don't make a search engine that allows easy browsing of the sites content (only direct links to the content)
