the console manufacturers pay for exclusive content all the time i don't see how it is far fetched to assume that that may be what happened in this case, especially since microsofts focus recently has been on pushing kinect in a big way

...or maybe the libraries mentioned in the videos are not available as the video said, that may also be possible

well i guess, but the problem that might arise from that is that it may make the motion control aspect a little unwieldy
