I fully agree with you on this.

We had some animal abuse cases in the area here a few years ago, some guy setting animals on fire, if I had caught him doing that, I probably would have set him on fire, regardless of my having to go to jail.

Same here man, animal abuse/cruelty is disgusting, especially since most dogs are tame, harmless and loving creatures. A picture that really pissed me off recently is a dog that had its mouth/face disfigured because some sub-human asshole kids put a firecracker in its mouth and held it shut. Let's just say if somebody is going to do that sort of thing they better hope I'm not around because I would inflict as much pain on them as I could possibly do.
