If L2 and R2 are going to be trigger buttons, it might be a little easier if they were thinner.
Other than that, do not change a single thing. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the analog sticks, and more importantly, the positioning of the analog sticks and d-pad.
For those saying the d-pad and analog sticks should change spots, that is 100% preference. As somebody else has already stated, I personally have found the positioning necessary for the Xbox to be very awkward. Once again, 100% preference.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
