You know, it's not really good to have two anti-virus programs running at the same time.  They can cause problems if they conflict with each other.

SuperAntiSpyware is an antispyware program. AVG is an antivirus program. They are actually different. Regardless, I've used them both for three years with no problems. I also don't run them at the same time. I find that they compliment eachother very well; what one catches, the other may miss. It's not really a huge problem for me, as they don't usually find much on here outside of a few tracking cookies, but it's still nice to have them as a precaution.
