Here is what I would do: Charge $5 less for the games at retail and charge a 1 time Online fee of $5.
There are some games I have purchased that I would have loved to get $5 cheaper cause I have never played their "multiplayer" portion. The same goes for games that I have played the online portion. Id pay for it.
