I actually prefer G+, but that's more because I hate Facebook than anything. If it wasn't for the fact that a few of my friends absolutely refuse to use anything besides Facebook for talking to people online, I wouldn't bother with social media at all. Anyway, it is nice to see something besides Facebook/Twitter doing well.
