Don't you think Ballmer just might have assumed so from preliminary numbers, which showed they "could" be over 66m, but in the end when all the calculations were done they weren't  ?

They knew exactly how many 360's went out the door before Dec 31st.

It's either them adding early Jan shipments, or a combo of both rounding and shipments.
