This is a very common thing in developed countries. Racism and Xenofobia are very high there...
Although in my country(brazil) there are a lot of violence, this type of bullying and xenofobia are very rare. However, there are little chances to this to happen. Most kids go to school by his parents in car. My little brother, who is 12, almost never walked alone on the street
