Why can't some Christians accept Evolution?

I think that everyone pretty much has the basics, and unless you go to a private school or are home schooled all Public schools teach it.

 

They just may not know everything. Again, the ones who do not believe in it at all, are the one's I am talking about in this sentence.

I heard quite a few stories of teachers trying to avoid the topic, add their own personal opinion on it or teach it as something it's not, so I don't think it's about whether they teach it or not, they have to, it's just making sure teachers teach it correctly.
