We already know what the online system will be like from dev comments, same as Wii and 3DS, each game needs create it own system, is on the devs shoulders.

It is true that that is precisely what we could end up with based on the information given, as nominally Nintendo already "partners" with EA in regards to EA online-enabled games getting their own support, and with third parties always having the option of going it alone.

Though i doubt what we'll get on Wii U will be any worse than what exists on 3DS
