You really think Gran turismo is a causal game, lol, you really think most people are interested in a realistic racer?

The other games you mentioned may have some causual appeal, but they aren't the big draws outside Europe Singstar and Buzz sells poorly, you see this is where you get it wrong, they have limited appeal compared to the Wii games

Gran Turismo has a lot of casual appeal, especially in Europe. PS3 also has a much more diverse library than the xbox or gamecube. It also has the Playstation brand. 75M WW is realistic.

Brand means squat, if it did N64 would have beaten the PS1, what games on the PS3 give it a diverse library, in fact it shares a lot of its library with the 360

as for GT, you say it has wide causal appeal yet it seems to sell in a similar range except when bundled

I was to young to know for certain, but I am pretty sure Sony had a better brand name than Nintendo in the mid nineties when the PS1 and N64 came out.

Diverse, as in has a lot of games for each genre. Just look at the PS3's line up for 2008 and you will see.

By the way, 120M people bought a PS2 without it having Wiifit.

Not in video games, Nintendo was synonymous with video games, brand loyalty is a myth in this industry

Seen it not that impressed, a lot of hardcore games, but little to counter stuff like Wii fit

Which is why Wii will sell more than 120 million

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)
