If I were a gaming company in the early 2000's, I would have released my game first on the Gamecube and Xbox. Those platforms were in last place and I would have benefited from selling to those audiences and then release to the PS2 so that my game could sell to the bigger audience. Releasing on the PS2 first and then bitching when nobody bought the Gamecube/Xbox (why does my spell check hate the word "Gamecube" and not the word "Xbox"?) never really made much sense to me......but I digest. ;)

I would have released Metal Gear 3 on the 3DS first. Then, I would have announced and released the HD collection on the Vita--and finally, I would release the HD Collection on every platform. I'm still gonna buy the 3DS version because I love MGS3 so much but it's not the way I would have done it if I were Capcom.
