It's not. The GameCube was cheaper than the Wii but didn't even come close. Apparantly, people thought the Wii was worth more money. People don't just buy cheaper products because they are cheaper.

No. $250 for 1 item does not mean $200 for another item is cheaper.

It's he percieved value/worth that matters. I.E. iPad being hundreds more than competition for the same or lesser specs.
