Sony cuts Vita shipment for France by 50%

I really doubt poor sales in Japan is the cause of halfing the shipment. The PSVs are manufactured months ahead of the launch. So they have already taken the plunge, what they maybe doing is shifting it elsewhere in the world where they think they maybe able to shift more units.
