So many Texans already do.     Move to the city of Denver and it is already legal. You can smoke on you balconey with no worries.

Unless the federal agents come. If the DEA so chose, they could prosecute everyone with any amount of marijuana regardless of municipal or state law.

 

Really it's one of those grey areas that states/municipalities are even being allowed to do this

The federal government is only concerned with busting large scale drug dealers, not some peaceful hippy hicking a trail and smoking a doobie. Of course, they could choose to, but do really think the would waste funds on small time users?
