Someone did, I think it was psrock and few others in the "Xbox 360 will overake the worldI mean.. err PlayStation" thread, when the Whiplash or w/e kept spouting excuses, which were laughable, but you know. So are the ones above.

But kudos to psrock for turning around and being sensible this time around instead of calling bullshit straight out, like most on here. MS is the devil.
