Regardless of who actually sold the most in 2011, I'm happy for both companies. I think we all know who made more money between the two. If it was an even break for M$ and Sony for the manufacturing costs for their respective consoles, M$ was making $50 more per console sale. Rounding at 14,000,000 consoles sold, M$ made $700,000,000 more on console sales in 2011. Now, I know that Sony did the price cut about half-way through the year or so, but I also hear that the PS3 costs significantly more to make then the 360. So doing some horrific rounding you get the picture. Who is the real winner?
